The following information is provided to make your attendance at WVPAC 2025 as pleasant as possible. REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION COUNTER
The WVPAC 2025 Registration and Information Counter is located at the Registration Counter, Concourse B Foyer, Level 2, Borneo Convention Centre Kuching.
The opening hours are as below:

Delegates are required to present the QR code (sent to your registered email) at the Registration Counter upon arrival in order to collect your congress badge and delegate bag.
ONSITE PAYMENT
Onsite payment can be made at the Registration Counter during opening hours. Payments by credit card are accepted in local currency (Malaysian Ringgit) only. Please note that cheques will not be accepted.
NAME BADGES
All registered delegates are required to collect their name badge at the Registration Counter. The name badge serves as your official pass and grants access to the following:
- All Scientific Sessions;
- Exhibition Hall;
- Welcome Reception, Opening & Closing Ceremony;
- Pre-congress workshop
Your badge must be worn at all times on-site and is valid for the registered delegate only. Please note that badges are non-transferable.
DRESS CODE
Business casual attire is acceptable for all Congress sessions and social functions, while the dress code for the Gala Dinner is Traditional / Cultural Attire or Smart Casual.
SPEAKER READY ROOM
The Speaker Ready Room is located at Meeting Room 6, Level 2, Borneo Convention Centre Kuching. All speakers and oral presenters are required to upload their presentation slides (.ppt format) at least four (4) hours before their scheduled session(s). For morning sessions, materials should be submitted the day before. All presentation files uploaded in the Speaker Ready Room will be automatically transmitted to the podium laptop in the assigned session room ahead of the presentation. Personal laptops are not permitted. The opening hours are as below:

e-POSTER KIOSKS
E-posters will be accessible across 20 e-poster kiosks, grouped into four color-coded zones (Blue, Orange, Red and Green). These zones are designed to facilitate easy navigation and also serve as designated meeting points for delegates and e-poster presenters. Appointments with presenters may be scheduled directly through the congress app. The kiosks are located at Level 1.
WVPAC 2025 GALA DINNER
Join us for the WVPA Congress 2025 Gala Dinner with the theme “Culture and Connections in the Rainforest” on 9 October 2025 at Pullman Kuching, Sarawak.

Dress code : Traditional / Cultural Attire or Smart Casual.
Dress to Impress! Come in your best cultural or traditional outfit and stand a chance to be recognised as the evening’s best dressed!
MORNING AND AFTERNOON TEA & LUNCH
Morning and afternoon tea, as well as lunch, will be served on Level 1.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all session rooms, and exhibition areas.
Mobile Phones
Please keep mobile devices on silent mode during sessions.
Videotaping Sessions
Videotaping of sessions is strictly prohibited (media representatives must obtain prior approval).
e-CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
An e-Certificate of Attendance will be available for download after seven (7) business days after the Congress. A notification email will be sent to your registered email.

CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD) ACCREDITATION IN MALAYSIA

The WVPAC 2025 has been granted 30 CPD credits. Malaysian delegates are required to complete an attendance form at the Registration Counter, Conference B Foyer, Level 2, Borneo Convention Centre Kuching, which will only be available from:

CONGRESS PHOTOGRAPHY
Some sessions will be recorded, and a photographer will be present during the Congress. Images may be used by WVPAC 2025. If you have concerns, please inform the Registration Counter.
