General Information
- The WVPA Congress 2025 accepts Oral Presentation and Poster Presentation.
- All abstracts must be submitted in English via the WVPA Congress 2025 online abstract submission system only. Submissions by email or any other means will NOT be accepted.
- A maximum of 2 abstract submissions per person in total is allowed.
- Submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the author(s) to present the work in person in Kuching, Sarawak at WVPA Congress 2025, if accepted by the Organising Committee. The committee reserves the right to determine whether a submission will be accepted as an Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation. The decision of the committee is final.
- If an Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation is accepted for presentation, the first author must undertake to present it. The presenter must be a registered delegate at the WVPA Congress 2025 and must pay all the applicable fees.
- Submitted abstracts should not have been published in any other journals and/or online publications nor presented at any previous international congress. Abstracts previously presented at meetings will not be accepted unless there is a substantial update of data.
- All accepted abstract presenters must complete their registration and payment by 16 June 2025. Failure to do so will result in the accepted abstract being withdrawn from WVPA Congress 2025.

Preparation of Oral Presentation and Poster Presentation
- MAIN AUTHOR and CO-AUTHORS – Type in your name as you want it to appear in the Programme. The First Author will be the presenting author.
- You must ensure that you indicate the type of abstract you are submitting (Oral Presentation / Poster Presentation).
- Abstracts in Draft Status will not be considered. Therefore, please ensure that you click the Submit button.
- Once submitted, no corrections to the abstract or its details can be made. WVPA Congress 2025 is not authorized to make changes. To revise your abstract, you must withdraw and re-submit it before the deadline. Note: this is not possible after 15 May 2025.
- If you wish to withdraw a submitted abstract, please notify us promptly at abstract@wvpac2025.com , providing the title and submitted abstract number to be withdrawn.

Authors List
Please note that the first author should be the abstract Presenter by default. In all cases, the Presenter must be part of the authors list included in the submitted abstract and be able to explain his/her role in the research during the presentation.
You may enter up to 14 co-authors in the authors list including the Presenter.
If you have more than 14 co-authors, please list the additional names in the ‘Abstract Remarks’ text box.
Abstract Content – A maximum of 300 words
All abstracts must be submitted (and will be presented) in UK English spelling with accurate grammar and spelling suitable for publication. If in doubt, please arrange for the review of your abstract by a native English speaker, by a university scientific publications office (or other similar facility) prior to submission.
Abstracts must contain original material neither published nor presented elsewhere.
