Registration will be available onsite during the following hours at the Registration Counter, Level 2, Borneo Convention Centre Kuching, Sarawak.

* The registration fees are inclusive of the prevailing taxes imposed by the Malaysian Government.

WVPA Members: to register as a member it is necessary to have renewed the membership for the year 2025. Participants who registered at WVPA Congress 2025 that are not in compliance with the payment of relevant membership fee of the association for the year will be asked to settle the difference between members and Non Members registration fee.

Registration Entitlements
•⁠ ⁠Member / Non-Member / Student / Presenter: Includes tea breaks, lunches, Welcome Reception (6 Oct), scientific sessions, e-certificate of attendance, programme book, congress bag, and Exhibition Hall access.
•⁠ ⁠# Exhibitor Badge: Includes Exhibition Hall access, tea breaks, and lunches only.
•⁠ ⁠% Day Pass: Includes tea break, lunch, Welcome Reception (6 Oct), scientific sessions, and Exhibition Hall access. Valid only for the selected day.

Onsite Payment
Payments can be made at the Registration Counter during opening hours.
Accepted methods: Credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and cash in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Cheques are not accepted.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All onsite payments will be charged in RM.
  • Please note that all related bank charges and/or financial charges are to be borne by the delegates and are not to be deducted from the net fee payable to the congress.
  • Official receipt will be provided only upon request.

Confirmation

  • Registration will be confirmed via email upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
  • Please present the Email Confirmation with the QR CODE at the Onsite Registration Counter, BCCK when collecting your congress badge and bag. (Kindly check your registered email)
Online Payment Security and Data Privacy

Online payment accepts Master Card and Visa.
All online transactions are processed by Stripe, with protection of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and support of Verified by Credit Card secure code. Payment details are encrypted under the SSL protocol and are transmitted through Stripe and relevant financial institute (Visa/Master) to the relevant bank for payment approval and settlement. The Organiser does not collect any credit card information submitted for online payment.

Personal information collected through the system will be used solely for the WVPA Congress 2025. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties by the Organiser.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and the registered email address must be sent to registration@wvpac2025.com.

For written requests received on or before 6 August 2025 (GMT+8), your registration fees will be 50% refunded, after deducting relevant bank charges and admin fees.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 6 August 2025 (GMT+8), or non-attendance at the Congress.

All refunds will be processed after the Congress and the reimbursement process may take up to 14-21 business days after the Congress.
